What are Facilitations?

An explanation of the Facilitation workflow

What are Facilitations?

Facilitations are a workflow that provides a flexible way to engage users through a facilitated learning process. The facilitation workflow could be used to support a 1:1 or group workshop process or even a remote or in-person workshop - any session that would typically deliver engaging content that a user or group of users interacts with over time.

This workflow provides a flexible template designed to keep users engaged throughout a short or long-facilitated learning process. Users are presented with resources as and when they need them, either beforehand or in real-time during a workshop. Ongoing access to a central information repository ensures learning can continue after the event has concluded, creating effective behavioural change.

A facilitator invites specific users to facilitation by sharing a link with them and then has full control over when and what content is published to the users in the facilitation.
