How to configure community Chat inside Facilitations

Configure chat inside facilitations by following these steps.

To enable the chat workflow for the App level, click on App Settings under the App Configuration menu on the left side of the screen and click on the Workflows tab. Scroll down to the chat workflow and turn the toggle button on. Remember to click on the save button at the top right of the screen.



Once you have done this, you should see the chat appear on the left-hand side, under workflow settings. Click on the toggle to turn it on to enable chat inside facilitations. 



Next, go to the facilitation section on the left-hand side go into an already created facilitation by clicking on edit.


 

Next, click on the Chat tab which enables you to turn on or off chats in a facilitated by clicking on the Enable chat for this facilitation toggle button.




After enabling the chat for facilitation, you can enter your messages in the message box and have the option to delete or reply to that particular message.


 

When the end user clicks on the facilitation on the end user’s interface (the end user must have been invited to the facilitation), the chat icon will be displayed at the top right corner of the screen.



When the end user clicks on the chat icon, the chats from the facilitator would be displayed and the end user can send messages as well.
